FUTURE PLANS

MNR has embarked upon expansion plan with idea of vertical backward integration system. MNR has various departments and all the departments are implementing new implementations to address the future and incoming new generation. These implements can be addressed department wise which are as follows:

1. Marketing Department: a) Global:
  1. MNR has created a post called Head ? International Division with a target of opening 6 overseas offices in 6 different regions by 2011;
  2. MNR has decided to market diversified Textile products with wide range emphasizing mainly on Organic in nature;
  3. The Annual Export turnover in the next 5 years to touch the mark of 20 Million Dollars;
  4. To increase the customer base by 500% in next 5 years.
b) National:
  1. MNR has created a post called Head ? Retail Venture with the following target of opening 20 Branded Stores in 20 Malls, 100 Franchise Stores and 4 Exclusive Stores across PAN India by 2011;
  2. MNR has decided to market diversified Textile products with wide range emphasizing mainly on Organic in nature;
  3. The Annual Export turnover in the next 5 years to touch the mark of 20 Million Dollars;
  4. To increase the customer base by 500% in next 5 years.
2. Sampling Department:
  1. The initiative has been taken to introduce a library Software with Bin Storage System in Stores;
  2. To maintain unique product ID;
  3. To introduce CAD CAM System;
  4. To prepare printing screens and produce art work with the help of most modern state ? of ? art machines.
3. Purchase Department:
  1. With implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, all Purchase indents (PI), Purchase Order (PO) and Payment Approval form (PAF) shall be counter approved by senior authorities through digital signature;
  2. All purchases of raw materials to be placed with approved vendor supplier within a time frame of 24 hrs;
  3. To increase the approved vendor supplier database as per the norms prescribed under SA 8000 System;
  4. All payment to be approved within 7 days from the date of delivery;
  5. To bring down the cost of material by 5% in next 5 years.
4. Production Department:
  1. With implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP the entire Production floor to be atomized;
  2. To strictly maintain the guidelines provided under SA 8000;
  3. To produce sustainability report;
  4. To increase the productivity by 5 times in coming 5 years;
  5. To Train more and more workers and to upgrade them after proper training;
  6. To introduce exclusive department in production floor with 100% women orientation.
5. Quality Department:
  1. To implement 6 sigma system;
  2. To reduce the rejections by 0%;
  3. To implement stringent quality check systems.
6. Accounts and Finance:
  1. To manage funds more professionally;
  2. To reduce the interest burden on company;
  3. To increase the profitability margin by implementing ERP solution.
7. Export Administration:
  1. To register company as CHA with customs Authority;
  2. To implement EXIM Software integrating with the ERP solution;
  3. To increase the speed In Export Documentation;
  4. To reduce the cost of Exports.
8. Human Resource Administration:
  1. With increase in productivity and turnover human resource shall increase by 5 folds;
  2. Proper training will be provided to all new recruits;
  3. To introduce proper pay roll system with enhanced wage slip system;
  4. To provide social security to each one of them.
9. IT Administration:
  1. To implement Robust hardware system with introduction of high end data storage system with blade Centers and Servers;
  2. To implement Microsoft Dynamics for ERP, Microsoft SQL 2007 for database, Microsoft Exchange 2007 for mailing / unified messaging, Microsoft LCS for Video Conference, Microsoft Share Point for Web Portal, Microsoft ISA for internal firewall, Microsoft MOM for managing overall IT and Microsoft forefront for Antivirus Solution;
  3. To implement CCTV in Production floor for real time viewer ship.
10. Management:
  1. To construct a 60,000 SQFT floor space for new production unit at Falta;
  2. To construct a 30,000 SQFT floor space for DTA unit at Maheshtala;
  3. To maintain proper records.

MNR plans to come with its own IPO within next 5 years as a company shall grow and will require funds to cater to its needs.
